Information We Collect
Organizer accounts
When you create an account, we collect your phone number (used for login and OTP verification), optional email address, name, language preference, and account activity such as events you create and package purchases.
Guest and attendee information
Event organizers may upload or enter guest details on your behalf, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, RSVP responses, table assignments, contribution or payment records, and check-in status.
Usage and technical data
We automatically collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session data through cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform secure and improve performance.
How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the platform and your account.
- Authenticate you via one-time passwords (OTP) sent by SMS or other channels.
- Send invitations, reminders, and event-related messages on behalf of organizers via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Process payments, package purchases, and messaging credits.
- Power AI-assisted features such as event planning suggestions and card design assistance.
- Monitor usage, prevent fraud, and protect the security of our services.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to deliver the service:
- With messaging providers (such as SMS and WhatsApp/Meta) to deliver messages you or an organizer request.
- With payment processors to complete transactions.
- With cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that help us run the platform.
- With event organizers, who control guest lists and event data for their events.
- When required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Data Retention
We retain account and event data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Organizers may delete guest or event data from their workspace. We may retain certain records for legal, accounting, or security purposes after deletion.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure session handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, private device for account access.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access or update your profile information from your account settings.
- Request correction or deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential communications where applicable.
- Guests invited to an event should contact the event organizer for changes to guest-list data.
Children's Privacy
Our platform is intended for event organizers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

Your information may be processed in Tanzania and in countries where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when data is transferred across borders.
